The ETSU CS Department has a great program.  You learn a vast array of skills, and graduate with an understanding of important computer concepts.

I was most impressed with the masters program at ETSU.  Don Bailes was the chairman  and the program was really top quality. All tenured professors in the program had PhD's with a strong desire for quality education.  This dedication and search for excellence contributed to me being able to continue my education and obtain my PHD in computer science.  With the new hard times for universities, I hope the department will be able to maintain its high quality requirements for students and professors.  Thank you ETSU for your help in obtaining my goals.
