David Frazier, Manager
David holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Louisville, and an M.S. in Computer Science from ETSU. He is enrolled as a student in Clemson University's Computer Science Ph.D. program. He has over 15 years of industry experience in programming and Web design. At ETSU, he has taught:
