Eastman Chemical’s Support for ERP Education at ETSU
In the fall of 2008, the ETSU Department of Computing began a partnership with Eastman Chemical with the goal of becoming a leader in Enterprise Information System education in the region. Since that time Eastman has invested financially to ensure that resources were available to accomplish this goal. Their latest donation will support not only the continued involvement of the Department of Computing in this effort, but will also begin the process of expanding Information Systems coverage throughout ETSU’s College of Business of Technology.
Annual Honors Reception
The Department of Computing held its annual honors reception on April 12, 2013. Five students were honored for their valuable contributions to the department, and thirteen students were invited to join Upsilon Pi Epsilon, the International Honor Society for Computer and Information Disciplines at East Tennessee State University.
